We had an excellent stay. The room was clean, and the staff were very helpful throughout our visit. We especially enjoyed the complimentary tour with Leonor on the day of our arrival—it was a wonderful introduction to Lisbon and really enhanced our overall experience. Great stay in Baixa. The breakfast was a amazing , the cocktails at the bar as well , Mnino treated us great Thought the hotel is historical , the rooms are updated , we had inside garden view therefore no noise , rooms soundproof

The location and the room were excellent. Very walkable to Alfama and other tourist sites. The room was small but had ample storage and was very modern. Interactions with the staff were very pleasant and helpful. If you are using Uber/Bolt for pickup or drop-off, they prefer to do so a block away because of the pedestrian traffic and trolley, so be prepared for that; it is less than a block to the pickup spot.

The service provided by the restaurant and bar staff was exceptional. The food was incredible, so fresh. Breakfast should not be missed and please get an omelette. We had dinner or dessert every night in the restaurant because it was so good. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and the shower was fantastic. Even though the hotel is in the city, it was extremely quiet.

Loved the bathroom with its huge walk in shower, multiple shower heads, white marble, and double vanity sinks. They even provide you with a hair straightener! Breakfast was delicious. We took advantage of the complimentary walking tour led by Pedro, our very charming guest relations manager. Bed sheets and bed were very high quality. Overall, loved this hotel. Close to everything we wanted to see in our short 3-day visit!
