We absolutely loved our stay! The room was gorgeous, the staff were incredibly kind, the hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect. We would stay here again in a heart beat. Only room for improvement is the gym (needs weights and wipes) but we know that’s not something everyone requires in a stay. We’d come back here again in a heartbeat!

My teenage daughter and I stayed here in late July, and we both agree that this hotel was the perfect choice. Our room was spacious and very clean. Every day the hotel gave us a surprise treat. The air conditioning was a huge plus, the staff was exceptionally helpful, and the gym had nice equipment. We didn’t have the chance to partake in the wine tastings or restaurant, but I have no doubt that they are great. The location is central to everything! We’d definitely stay here again. It’s a stunning hotel with a great history.

Absolutely amazing staff, super helpful and friendly. I’d stay here over and over and over again. The location of the hotel was perfect and the rooms were absolutely beautiful and amazing. Even the history of the place made it feel that much more unique and special. Just an overall amazing place with complimentary treats and a drink.

This was the most amazing hotel experience! The location was ideal, the room was exceptional, and they brought treats to my room daily. The bar at the hotel was nice and the restaurant - which I tried for breakfast and dinner - was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel as the THE hotel to book while staying in Lisbon.

Loved this hotel!!! While I didnt take advantage of all the amenities offered. I felt the hotel was central location to alot of the sites. I loved that they provided a map at check-in of the city which helped with touring the many sites. Also loved the sweet treats provided at turn down service. Great hotel and great service from front desk to house keeping.
