"Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das außergewöhnlich freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal. Bei unserer Ankunft war die Schlafcouch noch nicht vorbereitet, doch obwohl an diesem Abend viel los war, wurde sich sofort und völlig unkompliziert darum gekümmert – ein toller Service! "The place was very clean and very close to Seljalandsfoss - a great place to stay if you’re touring the south coast. Staff was also very helpful - I left my earbud on the bed and they kept it for me to pick it up on our way back to Reykjavik x Only complaint is the drain was quite smelly when we got in. Would be great if the staff could air the toilet a bit before the next guest!"

"Clean room. Nice breakfast. Pretty location. Staff was nice. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night a couple of times and staff was no where to be seen for what felt like a long time. It was faulty not a fire. It was a bit frustrating at 3am. Nothing was mentioned the next morning. I would think a discount would have been given or an apology but nothing. "

"Restaurant food was excellent, though limited in selection. Arctic char and lamb were superb. This hotel is a sleeping place in preparation for the incredible Landmannalaugur mountain and hiking area, both well worth Icelandic prices!"
