"Excellent buffet breakfast. The rooms were cleaned too late in the day. This was frustrating. The room itself was clean and air conditioned. The bed was very comfortable."

"The only redeeming quality this hotel had during our stay was the wonderful meal at night and the great breakfast in the morning. Our room had no AC and the temp was 30 degrees. Misleading information indicating that the room we booked had AC when it did not based on the time of the year. Since when does the hotel decide the clients temperature. Provided 2 fans, barely strong enough. Check in office staff were the rudest and most condescending I have encountered in some time. (one young lady in particular) The manager that evening redeemed the service from the front desk. Overall experience very negative after a long day of travel. Beyond my comprehension and false advertising. Put a sour note on our entire time in France after 16 days of great experiences to have ended it with such bad service. Then the room, 3 adults, only 2 full sized towels. The twin bed looked like an afterthought in the room jammed up against the wall. No words; do better The Jangle Hotel."

"Your hotel is great. CDG airport is too spread out, too large and terrible for seniors with disabilities. Few people movers and long walks from gates. I’ll never use it again."

"The view from our room was FANTASTIC! 5 STARS for view. Also, 5 stars for employee Islem -- he was outstanding!! He is the Star of the hotel. There was another young man that was fairly rude and unhelpful and seemed annoyed with our questions as he was working on homework at the front desk. Luckily, Islem was nearby, stepped in to help and corrected the misinformation the other guy had given us. The spa was also fantastic although i never heard back from my email to reserve my preferred day/ time in advance. A staff member also walked in when i was in tub which was unsettling. Lastly, the breakfast experience was very frustrating. There were not enough open seats and they kept running out of cups and glasses and silverware. We enjoyed the food itself but it wasn't a pleasant meal having to stand while eating, then move outside, then move back inside once people were smoking next to us (i have asthma) and then finally moving back to open seats inside to have to hunt down someone for a coffee cup and then for a glass and then for orange juice. We were there in middle of breakfast time (not the end) so there shouldn't have been food/drink depleted. We were also surprised by tourism tax or fee or something that was nearly $100!!! The room was already very expensive and we expected the ~$20 to be paid on site but not that extra huge fee. Thank you for reading. We tried to be very fair in sharing both highlights and frustrations for our stay. "

"This was my third time staying at this hotel and most likely the last. The room I got smelled really bad, I tried to call the front desk but was connected to an AI operator. After taking my luggage and heading down to the receptionist, I was given a new room. It had the same horrible smell. I spent the night there but cancelled my future reservation. Maybe not all rooms have this problem, but I’m not willing to risk it. The check in process was smooth and the receptionists were quick and competent."
