The staff are extraordinarily friendly, the breakfast buffet is delicious and varied, there is world class snorkeling right off the resort's beach, and a gorgeous infinty pool and a tranquility pool to relax in. Staff wil deliver food and drinks anywhere you ask them to. Don't miss the delicious and creative cocktails at Le Cap, especially the frozen ones with local mezcal. This is the third time in three years we have visited, and we will go back again."

"the food was not very good. It would be nice to have access to water at the pools and bars. I would suggest a water cooler so you can get water whenever you want. It was my granddaughters 18th birthday and the staff put a sign and balloons on the door and delivered a cake which was very nice. The rooms could use an upgrade. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. I felt very safe at the resort. I would say that the resort is very family friendly. It would have been nice to have more activities at the pool. The beach was very nice."
