Great location! It just needs some updating on the maintenance and upkeep. You can walk right out to the beach and the staff that waits in your was top notch! The boy thing they should change is the menus at the restaurants should be rotated a bit more throughout the week. We would stay there again!

This property is small and absolutely gorgeous. You can choose to do all inclusive or not. We chose not to as we wanted to explore the town, but we did eat at the breakfast buffet once and it was great! It’s the perfect home base and you just try the key lime pie across the street!

Awesome staff, extremely friendly and helpful, always smiling and going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable! Guilian and Sara gave us the best massages of our lives!! Staff always excellent. Vicky, Fernando and Axel stood out and always went above and beyond. Inside bartenders were also very attentive. At gaviota for breakfast santiago worked non stop to ensure glasses were full and tables cleaned. THere is a reason we continue to return there

The hot water was never hot even in the hottub that maintenance came to check. Water ran out of the shower all over the floor and it took 2 days to fix the hinge on the shower door. As always in Cozumel, the staff were courteous and with a smile.
