"Este comentario es con referencia a los baños, aunque todo estaba bien limpio, los accesorios de la ducha/bañera necesitan mantenimiento o reemplazo. El que nos tocó no estaban firmes. Se notaban viejitos y no se ajustaban. El agua no escapaba bien. Yo los pude usar, pero me daría vergüenza que un extranjero viera esto. Aparte de esto diría que nuestra visita fue super agradable. "I like the apple water provided in the gym, like the beach layout and several restaurants as well. Everything was satisfactory except for the service staff who provided beach towel service in the small white house by the pool, she was rude, and she refused to offer a tower to me, which is unbelievable that happened in a five-star hotel."

"Staff was friendly all around. Room was always clean. Food had plenty of options. Lots of seating ant the pools annd beach. Plenty of activities to do. Did one excursion which was the dune buggies to the swimming cave. Lots of fun. Only thing we didn’t like was the seaweed at the beach. They tried to keep up with it but the beach is not for swimming. "
