"The property was below average needing up dates. When they are updating they aren't covering furniture so there's paint on everything including the glasses and couches. There's a lot of mold in the rooms with a heavy smell. The outside of the room is nice but the restrooms are not up to par. The app.was not working properly. They need more activities. Some of the staff had poor attitudes. They do not engage. The pool was filled with deas bugs and debris. No one cleaned the pools during the day. There are wild dogs on the property that chased a family on their morning walk at the beach. The seaweed on the beach is about a 1 foot tall. You're constantly bothered by vendors on the beach while napping. The lock on the door had no screws and the balcony door was broken. Mold behind the tv in the room. And the twin bed couch cushions were filled with dust and mold. The bacon half cooked."

"Our conceirge Emmanuel was fanatstic!! Such an amazing person and made a horrible experience into a somewhat tolerable one. The room smelt musty & of mold when we first arrived, the corners, windows, and mirrors in the room weren’t properly cleaned and there was dirt piled into the crevices and corners. When we requested things like robes and waters since we were sun club they never came, the robes never made it to our room, and the waters we had to personally go down to the desk and ask. Im not sure if they use proper sanitary equipment and procedures as my friend and I were both sick nearly the whole time, along with many other guests. The resort is family friendly but the beach vendors are soooo pushy. "

"Everything was good the property was clean and well maintained. The spa is overpriced and not worth it.The food was okay not amazing but not horrible either. Most of the staff was nice and cooperative. However, there was one lady named Santara who was cooking the fish during lunch who was very rude to us and refused to give us food. The sports bar also needed better options, it only had a billiards table which you needed to pay for."

"Serenade all suites adult has a great vibe and entertainment. But some of the staff is very rude, delayed responses and you’re left figuring things out on your own. The maintenance/housekeeping staff took money out of my cousins room assuming it was a tip and was replaced within the hour with different bills. I also, booked the master suite with elite service and some items were taking from my room also. Apple Watch, 2 articles of clothing and my vape. Highly recommend utilizing the safe and not upgrading to elite service because there was nothing elite about it."
