"The place was incredibly cozy. The owners are amazing - give you a map that shows all the local places when you check in. They even lent me a bamboo mat for the beach! "service is not a hilton standard . swimming pool we try to order some drink around 18:30 PM it say closes no drink service (Pool bar normal as i know closes on 19:00 morning food was empty very fast need very long time to fill up. a lot of stuff did't know there service if this is 3 star hotel i will not compliant.But this is one of Hilton. In my suites that i stay for 5 days. The shampoo or soup if you did noe used until empty will not put the new one(So funny for me)"

"All good. Staff are very friendly and not too crowded during weekdays. Buggy services are quick and helpful. The waterpark is big and fun. More fun if the slides have more water pressure. The kid keeps getting stuck in the middle because it's not slippery enough."
