I've stayed here twice and it's been very quiet both times. I also love its location near Plaza de Espana and the short walk to the park around the Temple of Debod and then on to the Royal Palace. "I stayed at the hotel in early May and paid top dollars compared to other hotels nearby. However during my stay we had power outages two times and there was so much suffocation in the room. This made the visit extremely unpleasant as it triggered my asthma. I would encourage everyone to not stay here and find alternative options as there is no point in paying top price for such disappointing service."
