" This 3-star hotel gave me many pleasant surprises. It’s only about a 4-minute walk from Principe Pio train station and within walking distance of the Royal Palace of Madrid. Plaza Mayor is also not far away, making the location very convenient. The 24-hour front desk service made my stay easy and comfortable. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was large as well. "This hotel is on a pedestrian-friendly street with lots of cafes and shops. Our room was excellent - we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!"

"We arrived late and check-in was easy. The rooms were tight but very clean and extremely quiet. The location was surprisingly convenient and easy to get to our destinations. We did not try the breakfast buffet but did enjoy drinks in the lounge in the evening. I got a kick out of the antique elevator and used almost every time!"

"This hotel is in a great neighborhood close to a lot of attractions and great restaurants. I would suggest requesting an upper floor as those rooms have been renovated and are beautiful. The breakfast was amazing with so many options from healthy to decadent. At night the breakfast area turns into a lounge with super friendly staff and great drinks. "
