"10/10 would stay here again! Location: Centrally located and with in walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. Cleanliness: It was super clean! Someone was cleaning almost 24/7. Air conditioning: My husband and I are (unfortunately) American, so air conditioning is important. The first few nights we were there it was freezing, but that was remedied with putting on a sweatshirt. I’d rather be too cold than too hot. My only issue is in the women’s shower area. There aren’t enough hooks to put things so they don’t get wet. The floor doesn’t seemed to be sloped the correct way, so water gets all over the floor. There was a mop nearby that I would use to try to keep it from going everywhere. I’m not 100% sure I was supposed to use it though. It was still a great place to stay! Will definitely be staying next time we are in Madrid!"

"Hotel nuevo, muy bonito moderno y bien localizado. No obstante, es de poca cultura de servicio al cliente. Llegamos cansados y no hubo quien nos ayudase a subir maletas ni nos dieran recibieran con cortesía. Pedimos para planchar y hubo que bajar a buscarla, y nos solicitaron volver a bajarla al terminar. Nada, presumo es parte del estilo de hotel más moderno y 'city like' pero hay etiqueta de hostelería básica que no se debe abandonar."

"The location i excellent close to major attractions in the old city. The room was small but despite this very functional. The beds are firm but comfortable with a nove average linens and towels. Our room of was on the front of the hôtel. It was very noise at all hours of the night. Very good buffet breakfast. 7:00 to 11:00 week days. 7:30-11:00 weekends and holidays. Important to know if your booking activities"

"Great location for tourists visiting the city as it is centrally located in the city center. 10,15,20 minutes walk from most tourist destination, museums and parks. Room is spacious but appears dated. Bed mattress slanted towards the outer side make it difficult to balance for a good night sleep. Housekeeping is conducted daily. Breakfast menu has the same menu daily. No ice machine! Will have to bother staff at the restaurant for ice. Staffs are courteous upon approach but lack the friendliness needed to make you feel welcome ."
