"Nice hotel in an excellent area, we love the financial district. Elevators are slow, typical for an old building. Rooms are on the smaller side but very clean, and the be was very comfortable. Bathroom was fully stocked and immaculately cleaned. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, we checked in very late. Safe, quiet neighborhood along with walking distance to everything. Only downside - no parking. We drove around for a while and had issues with the closest parking garage, but this is not the hotels fault. Suggestion the hotel should work with the local garages to offer discounts to guests. It was very expensive to park. Other than that, we had a great stay! "

"When you walk in the front door you can see this hotel needs a major renovation. When i got to my floor the hall reeked of urine. I found a spot of blood in the sheets . The wall and desk were scratched. The chair they had was damaged. There is no customer service as i was met with attitude about my complaints. Worst hotel experience ever. They dont give washcloths they use microfiber towels for cleaning. The heat didnt work. Just all around Crappy"

"Nice small rooms, especially for the price. Theres a nice convienve area to get water, ice, ect. The room wasnt perfect, but it was clean. The towels and bedding all seemed fresh. Nice big tv. Plus the staff was very nice and accomidating. Theres a bar attactched so you can definitely hear the music and people outside. But if it doesnt bother you then the noise isnt really that severe."

"Simple lodging moments away from Industry City and right on the Subway line. I've stayed here a couple of times so, yes I would go back."
