"This space was so cozy and accommodating, while a close walk to Bedford Ave in Williamsburg. I was there for a weekend stay so there was plenty of street parking. The hotel ambiance was wonderful and the staff were all super nice. Also, the coffee in room was delicious and fresh. "

"All the staff was great. Jessica in particular was a joy. Great location & beautiful facility. Only issue that I meant to bring to the attention of the staff was that the shower tended to leak & puddle on the floor at there was no rubber guard on the bottom of the door. "

"Kitchen sink was leaking everywhere, bathroom sink hardly drained so we couldnt really use it, bed was made but looks like it was just thrown together, room cards took a while to get it to work because instructions arent clear, when we arrived to check in the checkin person wasnt at all professional and kinda just stood there when we arrived and didnt say anything. "Arrived at 11:30pm following an 8hr flight to be told they were overbooked. Advised that accommodation had been booked around the corner in another hotel. No assistance given to locate hotel or carry bags to alternative hotel. Hilton was prepaid, had to pay for nights accommodation at the alternative hotel, no refund given to date. Not a good experience and out of pocket. Disappointing that Hilton can treat its customers like this, I would have expected better from this chain."

"The location was good, but the room was pretty small. The sound proofing of the room was awful. A lot of noise throughout the night due to other guests, loud music was being played. "

"This hotel is quite good! The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious—my granddaughters loved the pancake machine. It was great that there was a pool table so I taught my granddaughters to play pool. The room itself had plenty of space and the ventilation was very quiet. My only issue was the refrigerator motor which was very noisy."
