"Staying here was so beautiful. The ambience of the lobby was great for resting, refreshments, and working. The room was clean and services were quick. It was a lovely get away."

"Great experience"

"The room had a musty smell. Asked for daily room cleaning, at checkout was told I declined it. Not true."

"We were visiting Brooklyn for the first time and this was a perfect spot for us. The staff were friendly and helpful. I called the hotel accounting department and got voicemail, left a message and no one has called me back. It's been two days. I like this hotel but...

"Fine but overpriced. Near cruise port a plus."

"We stayed as a family and really enjoyed it."
