"Great hotel with fantastic staff! Our (accessible) room was excellent, enough room to manoeuvre my mobility scooter with ease, good wetroom , with soap/shower gel etc in pump bottles instead of those silly little bottles, the bed was a really good height and so comfortable! The sofa and footstool were perfect for resting on after a very busy day, and the food in the restaurant was good. Very happy with our stay!"

"We booked an overnight stay as we had a concert. It was literally a 2 min walk to the o2 and about a 10 min or less walk to the town centre. It was cheap and cheerful pretty basic but it was really good for us and what we needed it for. Staff were really nice. No complaints from us. "

"The room was very small, but functional. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and linens, and quiet. Check in was almost too quick - I had a hard time catching everything she was saying. Super convenient to rail station and many restaurants. Great value for money but if you are a large person who has trouble in small places you might want to try somewhere else."

"Well located close to the canals and The Mailbox mall. A good 10 minute walk to the bullring. Plenty of restaurants on the doorstep. Not far from Broad Street. Comfortable overall, what you see is what you get. Modern style but a little bit corporate as expected. Room was a touch warm despite air con, which turns off half way through the night. Would stay again. "

"Used the hotel as visiting Birmingham for a premier league game, firstly great price, good location walking from the train station and fairly easy getting home from villa park. "We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and the receptionist upgraded us to a newly refurbished room on the 11th floor. The room was amazing! We were also given vouchers for a complimentary drink at the bar. The service was exceptional and we really enjoyed our stay."
