"The window sills were all rotting and need a repaint, small room, not enough space to put anything, pubic hairs in shower tray!! Staff were ok but not over friendly really. Kettle and mugs were clean and so was the toilet. Would have been ok if it was about £45 per night but it’s way too expensive for the condition of the place. "
"This was our second stay at Brook Marston Farm Hotel. The peaceful surroundings makes your stay relaxing. Staff are friendly, very helpful and go the extra mile for you. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. Dining in is a must, meals are excellent, especially the Lamb dinner. Will definitely be booking again soon. "
"Plenty of Tea and Coffee parking bit of a squeeze. Make sure you register vehicle details. Some late night noise but bearable. Bed comfy shower plenty of hot water and works ok. Towels good lighting good no chair or writing desk small wardrobe. Access to lical shops and costa 2 minutes walk."
"The room was small and cozy, which was perfect for my short solo trip. It's walking distance to the train station, a supermarket, and several shops, pubs and restaurants. Only weirdness was having to check in and get room keys at the pub a couple doors down. This wasn't mentioned beforehand, but luckily the pharmacist nearby guided me in the right direction! "
"Property was very clean and spacious. Well laid out for large families and groups. Games room/garage was perfect for entertaining kids. Great access for Snowdome and Birmingham, Cadbury’s world etc.

"Really lovely staff and the check in experience was very pleasant. The room was just about acceptable in terms of cleanliness but the toilet was not clean and still had used paper in it. The room and the surroundings were very tired and beyond worn in some places, especially the carpet on the stairs which was very dirty. As there was no breakfast, we could not comment on it. It’s such a shame because the setting is quite pleasant and it could be a lovely place to visit. "
