"Super nice staff and the grounds are meticulously maintained. Lots of choices of activities through the day and the food was great too. Would be a perfect place for families with kids as they have a big playground, a giant shallow pool with slides just for children and a kids' club."

"We stayed in a honeymoon suite and it was absolutely perfect, I want to note that that room has two bathrooms with two showers, which was perfect. We were in room 520 and we absolutely loved it. The room is very divided into two so it’s great for people who are traveling in groups of three. The pool was very clean. The The Italian restaurant was by far our favorite the lasagna and chicken were amazing! We also enjoyed all the other restaurants. The drinks were great and the wine there was actually delicious, usually I don’t like the wine at the all-inclusives. The staff was all super friendly and definitely took care of you! The ocean was absolutely beautiful. It is easy to access from the stairs. I wish I would have gone in sooner to snorkel. The fish were incredible to see. It is definitely a resort for relaxation. This is not a party resort. We absolutely enjoyed our time here and it was definitely one of my favorite resorts I’ve ever been to!!! Thank you to all the staff at fiesta Americana. We had an amazing vacation. "

"Staff was great as always! Rooms were nice and the maids were very attentive! Breakfast was good. Dinner buffet was eh, but the mexican theme night at the buffet was really good. Nice pools and nice beach even though the beach was drawn back due to the hurricane a few years ago. All in all i would recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in cozumel. The island is a gem!"
