รีสอร์ทใน Playa del Carmen

"Not enough shuttle times Can not get reservations to restaurants Drinks are bottom shelf Worst of all, the beach is full of seaweed. You CAN NOT swim or enjoy it at ALL. Some rivers have clearer water."

"I would never book again"

"The property is beautiful. It’s like being in the rainforest. There is wildlife on the property which is an experience! The rooms are comfortable and nice. The staff is very friendly and a pleasure deal with. The beach is well maintained and steps away from the pools which gives you variety in your day."

"N/A"

"The resort was in a good location easily accessible to downtown playa del Carmen. However the staff were not very helpful and slow with service. Only two sit down restaurants, Mexican one was good but Italian was not good. The buffet didn’t have a ton of options, omelets were good in the morning but that was it. The room was clean and good. If you want to have drinks beside the pool or beach and don’t care about the food, and want to spend time outside the resort it is good otherwise would not...

"We honestly were very disappointed food in the buffet is the same everyday they don’t change it up plus it’s not very good, the staff are rude!!! The only nice person we met on staff was ALEX! the place is out dated the pictures online are not the same as what you see in person! Overall we would never stay there again!"

"Lo mejor, el personal. Siempre dispuesto para atender los requerimientos. La comida nos pareció muy típica. Los servicios bien, algunas deficiencias en lo edilicio, sectores con mantenimiento a mejorar. El último día dejo de funcionar el aire acondicionado y no tuvimos respuesta al reclamo. No se reparo"

"First time to Cancún and staying at a Secrets Resort. Definitely will stay here again. If you want to experience luxury and feel spoiled, stay at Secrets Maroma. Staff was beyond wonderful and if you don’t speak Spanish, no worries they speak excellent English."

"Las instalaciones ya un poco viejas, la atención excelente, pero en general muy agusto. La comida en los restaurantes de especialidades excelente y la de bufete tambien muy buena."
