As a standout, the shower itself was a great shower…a huge rain shower head with a ton of water pressure. The one small complaint was that the pillows were oddly uncomfortable…I realize that’s picky, but they were out of place with the rest of the hotel."

"The place is conveniently located and the staff were helpful and quick to respond. We appreciated access to free laundry services in the building, including a dryer, and the back patio area. It is worth mentioning that we experienced one issue with very small ants coming in near the balcony door and through the flooring by the window, so we had to be cautious with food. Additionally, the breaker needed to be reset a couple of times. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay."

"Very much enjoyed our stay. 4 star rating, there was a couple of disappointments. No bellman upon arrival so we had to struggle with our luggage. We couldn’t get into our room until 6 pm so we had a round or two of drinks in the rooftop restaurant. Hotel comp us one round which was appreciated. Rooms are beautiful. The rooms were spacious, and the inclusion of a washing machine was greatly appreciated. The beds were comfortable and the shower water pressure was great. "Check-in was a breeze. We arrived about 10am from a 15 night cruise. Although we couldn’t get into our rooms right away, they did store the luggage for us. This allowed us to leisurely shop/window shop/grab a bite to eat. They called within 2-3 hours to let us know our rooms were ready. Excellent location. Spacious rooms.
