"The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very clean, but the staff are the true stars of this hotel. Every member of the staff was top notch! Also, lovely neighborhood to stay in. Would stay here again and would recommend to friends."

"Everything is excellent, except that during the very very quiet night， you can hear the intermittent sound made by the plumbing tube and the wall. The vibration sound created by the plumbing at about 20 sec interval. It is a very subtle sound, it bother me but not my wife. It took me an extra 5 min to fell into sleep. Two of my daughters said it is the 2nd best hotel they ever had. They rate Shargrilla the top. I will come back again for sure if i ever needed to."

"Staff were amazing. Allowed for early check in and were helpful with any questions we had. Very quiet and peaceful which allowed us to get the rest we needed midday to recover from the jet lag. Walkable to most attractions. Short train/car ride from others. "
