"Proximity to the Tower and modest price were my selection criteria. The apartment was spacious enough for me and my teen son for a night. If we were staying longer, the kitchen would have been a benefit certainly. The fly smashed on the wall above the bed was a bummer. Housekeeping missed that. Like many older buildings, there are improvements that can be made to the fixtures and whatnot, but I saw this as a work in progress.
