Even though the hotel is quite good and room is clean, our pillow cover is dirty and we asked them to change but no response as the front lady said she will ask other to inform about it.

Not worth the money

This is an adequate hotel for 800bht all day long but not worth more. The staff don’t seem to comprehend English or Thai. They will let you choose items from the breakfast menu only to go away then return to say they don’t have, item after item. The hotel is on the ring road a long walk from the beach, the staff are unable to organise taxis despite the signs claiming they can. I checked out 2 days early.

Perheloma Phuketissa, Karon beachilla. Majoituspaikka hiukan sivussa Karonin keskustasta ja sen hulinasta, kuitenkin kävelyetäisyydellä. Siisti bungalow majoitus, 2hh huoneessa, ja hotelilla oma allasalue sekä ravintola. Palvelut olivat toimivat henkilökunta äärimmäisen ystävällistä. Hyvä vastine rahalle!

Helt ok som boende men jag fick fel rum (hade bokat med balkong) och när jag påpeka så va de som att visste om de och jag fick byta. När jag bytt fick jag dock veta att där kunde jag bara sova en natt och sen va tvungen att byta till ett annat. Skulle ji bara bo där två nätter så kändes lite omständighet. Speciellt när hon hon inte kunde erbjuda sej att bära en pinal utan fick själv konka runt allt. I övrigt mycke fräscht och trevligt. Men får man bara rätt rum blir de nog toppen!

The hotel is clean and the staff very friendl.

The hotel is situated in a very busy which creates a lot of noise day and night. However it is clean and well maintained and you could not ask for friendlier staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Rip off

I booked and prepaid for a "super delux room with a view", the best room they offer, when I arrived I was placed in a ground floor standard room that was blocked by a cement wall from the front street and when I complained, they tried to extort an additional up charge of 300 baht to give me a room above ground. This hotel sits on the highway which is extremely noisy. The hotel is 30 minutes walk to the beach down a busy highway street. The room had black mold In The bathroom and the pillows were brown stained. The staff manager is very rude and pretends to not understand English when you complain. Expedia should remove this hotel from their offering lists. Avoid staying if at all possible.

Comfy and clean hotel

We only stayed here for one night as they had 24/7 reception so it was a convenient place to crash when we landed in Phuket. Wish we'd stayed longer as it was a lovely place with a nice vibe to it. Pool table in good condition and pool looked great.

Dilapidated hotel long way from Karong beach.

Long way from beach with no transport, no charm and lousy food. Way past use by date. Contrary to booking agreement, charged my credit card four weeks before arrival date.

Basic but friendly staff and ok location

The pictures do make the hotel look better than what it was, however it was clean but basic. The wifi was great throughout the room and hotel. The staff were friendly however didn't speak great English. The location was ok, about a 15 min walk to the beach and shops. Make sure you lock your valuables in the save or a LOCKED suitcase as apparently the cleaner may go down your unlike suitcase to steal money etc, however this didn't happen to me. Another guest told me it happened to her and the manager refused to help. The room is cleaned every day however they left the same bedding on my bed for my whole 6 day stay.

Ok hotel, but would have expected more for price

The hotel is ok, but for the price we would have expected a bit more. Except for the pool and size of the room some budget chain hotels offer more in the area. TV is old, Wifi is not strong enough to get into the room. No coffee, tea or water in the room. Big towels are nice, got additional pillows when asked for it. Service is good too.

Good place to stay at a reasonable price.

Room was good, quiet, clean, great little pool, staff and owners were very friendly. We enjoyed our time here. Walking distance to restaurants. 15 min walk to beach.

Friendly staff, small hotel, limited ameneties, room small with ineffective aircon, wetroom not practical as no shower divider/curtain, mosquitos in rooms, fridge warm unless you are in with keyfob powering it, not much space in bungalow room when twin beds were put in, threadbare and small towels

Helpful staff. Good location for access to night market and about 10 mins from the beach. Room rather small and dated compared to others of same or lower price in the same area.
