Overall, I like the room. It was clean and good designed. The jacuzzi was excellent. The furnitures are good quantity. The reasons why I do not give excellent to this hotel are below.
I think the service and amenities were shot from the 5-star hotel. Toilet tissue is not the good one. Facial tissue was double layers instead of three. Staffs did their routine work very well, but did not know how to solve the problem under special circumstance. I had food poisoning during my stay (caused from outside NOT in the hotel), so I asked for in-room breakfast. My friend called the reception, the first staff simply said that they don't have this service. Then, my friend asked if she can go there and pick-up by the food herself. Again, he rejected because it is against hotel policy. The only thing he can do was send us the buggy car. These were very disappointing. I don't sure if my expectation was too high for asking the 5-star hotel to do in-room breakfast. However, about 10 minuets later, another staff called back and offered that they bring us the breakfast. The second staff make me give 3/5 to this hotel instead of 1/5.
