"Muy buena ubicación, la propiedad es la mejor que he estado en Italia hasta ahora, el personal tuvo mi habitación lista mucho antes de la hora del check in, el proceso de check-in fue muy rápido y placentero apenas demore 1 min. Cada vez que contacté a la propiedad, enseguida me respondían. Cuando vuelva a Florencia, me vuelvo a quedar en este hotel."

"Great spot! Washer and dryer on site was super helpful and the amenities were great. Staff was super helpful when I had a train question and check in was simple. Only thing I wished for was more lighting and outlets in my room."

"Easy check in with keyless entry to building and room. Despite other reviews, it’s easy and they send you a link with easy to follow instructions. Also we we created by staff after we opened the doors who explained amenities. Bar and small bistro. He also scheduled airport transfer for us for 15 euro fo family of four and 8 bags! Room was tidy, clean and well kept."

"This hotel has character and if you’re like me the Devil Room could be overwhelming. But the Bianca Room gives the calmness you seek. I book a medium bianco room and it was great! The location of the hotel is perfect weed"

"Beautiful hotel right in the centre. Fabio at the front desk was very welcoming and the room was great with a wonderful bright super clean marble bathroom. We booked a superior room and the sheets were fine linen and we slept really well. Cute bar too for a drink."

"Die Bewertung bezieht sich auf das Hotel & Spa Della Calza, in welches wir einen Tag vor Anreise nach Rückfrage vom Hotel Horto Convento umgebucht wurden. Was für ein Upgrade! Ein recht neues Hotel wohl. Es war fantastisch. Kleinigkeiten, z.B. dass der Safe nicht funktionierte oder sich eine Beleuchtung nicht einfach so ausschalten ließ, wurden superschnell gelöst. Vielen Dank an das Team.
Das Frühstück - super klasse, viel Auswahl und alles frisch.
Und der Spa-Bereich - sehr schön...

"I like the hotel, the location and mainly the staff. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. The issue I had was the noise at night. We could hear loud music from the rooftop bar, tourists talking and drinking outside and construction workers early in the morning. We had stayed at other hotels that were sound proof to avoid this situation"

"It was a great hotel! We had a beautiful little balcony and the room was very nice and clean. The AC was also wonderful!! Great little breakfast in the morning and we were in a great area close to all stores and restaurants and activities!! It was only about a 5 minute walk from the train station as well, which we loved!!! Definitely will be back to this hotel and would highly recommend!"

"We LOVED our stay. OMG the breakfast was truly out of this world and better than any I ever had at the Ritz Carlton!
The tram was just a 2 min walk away making it super easy and convenient to see Florence. I highly recommend the staff at the hotel who always said YES to requests for help. The ambience was perfect with top amenities. We can highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay there again in the future! BRAVO!!!!!"
