โรงแรมใกล้หาดเพบเบิล, คาร์ดิฟฟ์

"There was no easy access to the airport by foot. Taxi was ok. Room was clean but very hot. This was easily resolved by turning the radiator off and opening the window. We were misled when booking thinking that the restaurant would be open. We had to order takeaway and wait 2 hours for food. The hotel does not accept cash which seems to be the way everyone is going. Staff were friendly and chatty."

"Convenient location, safe, walking distance to food, grocery, public transport. Comfortable room and bed. Effective heating in room and hotel. Fast internet. Efficient and friendly staff. Would stay here again. Recommended."

"The staff, from the pub to the hotel were absolutely wonderful! Very helpful and kind, telling me certain walking paths to get to the train station"

"This property was a bit different with nice quirky rooms. Not huge but well arranged and comfy. The staff were exceptionally good, very helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was not too vast but had everything I like. We especially enjoyed the filter coffee which we prefer to the machines. The honesty lounge with tea, coffee and various other delights was a great idea and well used. A great overnight stay for us."

"What a lovely quaint place to stay, with everything you need to have a relaxing time, would highly recommend."

"Very welcoming stay. We felt so at home and very looked after. Staff were extremely helpful and food was excellent. Beef brisket Sunday lunch was delish and vame out like a work of art! Excellent quality produce. My bacon roll in the morning was real thick cut and tasty. Comfy beds. Beautiful bathroom. Will 100% be back."

"We arrived later than planned because of multiple road floodings in and around Cardiff, but staff was really helpful, breakfast was tasty and the whole place was very cosy. We would have loved staying more Nights."

"The property was so lovely. The staff were so helpful and responded immediately to any issues. The suite was clean and had the most beautiful view. Im already looking forward to my next visit..the only chang I'd make is that I would stay longer next time. The area and the people were top tier!"

"Used for sleeping only. Love free car park. Electric car chargers not working."

"Home from home very clean, central to family. Neighbours ( all this area ) very friendly and polite. A wonderful and relaxing stay. Thank you."

"Copthorne is now our home in Cardiff every time we are in the City. The staff are always amazing specially Ryan."

"Very unique property. Lovely Staff"

"Walking distance to the bay and town was really good, 10-15 minute flat walk. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The parking on site was a great help. Rooms were a good size, clean and nicely maintained. The toilet was very low! The lift was a problem as it would not go down to ground floor unless someone was on the ground floor wanting to go up."
