"Great location"

"The hotel rooms were clean. Breakfast was free for guest from 6 AM to 11 AM. However, parking garage smelled like a sewer and so did the elevator is coming up from the parking garage. Vincent was pretty helpful at the front desk. His other colleagues were not at times. When we asked for extra towels, they said they were only available after 9 AM to 5 PM. We were scolded that we left dirty towels in the hallway. Getting in and out of the parking garage was difficult, especially when we were...

"Excelente"

"My daughter, son, and I enjoyed our stay at Hotel Loreto very much. The staff there was so welcoming, courteous, and kind. The location was very good and walking distance from most of the major attractions in Santiago. It is also near several metro stations if you want to use public transit. While the hotel does not serve breakfast, they do offer the most amazing coffee throughout the day. One the first floor, there is a very cozy dining room where you can eat in and meet other travelers. ...

"The location of the property is excellent, next to Memory Museum. The receptionists are very helpful. They kindly switched out us to a bigger room because the bathroom door didn't close in the room we were given. Unfortunately, the shower door in the new room didn't close all the way and water got all over the floor. Great value for the money, because it includes a hot breakfast but I'm not sure I would stay there again."

"Excellent emplacement"

"Overall, we had a great stay at Hotel Sommelier, but communication, breakfast variety and guest safety could be improved. The language barrier made it difficult to ask staff for help. While we understand that English may not be widely spoken, clearer signage and multilingual information would help international guests find answers to basic questions. Breakfast was enjoyable, but more variety, particularly local dishes, would have made it better. Our biggest concern occurred on the day of our...
