Our stay was excellent, the best part was that they start serving breakfast at 4am! We thought we might miss breakfast because we needed to leave to the airport at 6am but we were pleasantly surprised to find out we could get breakfast before leaving so early in the morning. Also, they provide a free shuttle to the airport.

There is no shuttle from the airport, only to the airport. I emailed twice in a week to ask where the shuttle was and received no reply, it was the taxi drivers at SCL that informed me of this, so budget an extra 10-20,000CLP for this. Otherwise, the hotel was great, clean and comfortable. The restaurant served the most delicious veggie burger!

For airport convenience, it’s good. Otherwise, pay a cab or Uber to go elsewhere. No potable water in room. Had to be bought at $3 dollars a small bottle or dehydrate. No food options except theirs, and it’s not cheap. I spent $50+ extra for a free shuttle to the airport.

There are two Diego de Almagro hotels next to each other. This one is not on Google Maps, and the airport shared transfer did not know it. Basically, you book tranfer to the other one, and then walk from there. The reception does not speak English and does not answer Hotels.com messages. I called them about airport transfer and could not get any answer. I suggest that you book a shared transfer from the terminals for 10 USD. The transfer back to the terminals is free, goes every hour. The room was basic, but OK for a night to catch a morning flight. The bathroom was in good condition. The breakfast was available from 4AM and was quite good.
