"Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, ist sauber und hat freundliches Personal. Wir haben es für eine Nacht gebucht."

"The check-in process was fast and the employee who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. We loved the room. It had a lot of character and was spacious. The hotel looks out onto a nice square with a lot of restaurant options. It is also situated in a nice area, within walking distance to shopping, the water, and the cathedral. I would definitely stay here again."

"Excellent staff and beautiful view"

"This hotel was horrible and such a disappointment for a 4 star. Upon arrival the staff failed to tell us their indoor pool overflowed, we had no hot water, our room smelled like sewage, and they never offered a credit. Would not recommend this spot. It felt like we were in the Dominican."

"Les employés très agréables, sympathiques et serviables.. Bien situé près de tous. Chambres très propres ."

"Great location, 5 mins walk to the cathedral, close to lovely bars, restaurants, shops and the marina. Staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Spotlessly clean and lovely little roof terrace with view of the cathedral. Would definitely stay here again."

"Lovely place to stay. Great location and breakfast, friendly owners and staff, and our room with a terrace was ideal for our anniversary break in Palma. Would highly recommend this hotel. Also try the Pizza from the shop next door."

"The first thing I have to say is OMG the air conditioning!! We were there during an insanely hot season and as soon as we walked into the room I was in heaven. We stayed at a few different hotels in other cities and the AC was definitely not up to American standards, as is the case in most of Europe. This place had literally the best air conditioning of any hotel in Europe I have ever stayed. Bravo!!"

"Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Ein tolles Hotel zu einem fairen Preis, mit leckerem Essen und guter Lage. Der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um Palma de Mallorca zu entdecken. Absolut empfehlenswert!"

"OMG - What a nice hotel!!! The greeting was friendly, made you feel like you were coming home. We were able to check in early - that was very helpful. The front desk lady/persons were very helpful in assisting us with what we wanted to do while we were in La Palma. Booked us train tickets, dinner reservations, etc. The Hotel's location was perfect if you just wanted to walk around the downtown area - and it was close to the Cathedral and Palace. The breakfast was amazing!! Custom cooked...

"Se ubica en una buena zona y es muy tranquila, las instalaciones muy bien conservadas, la habitación muy cómoda y la atención del personal excelente."
