"Difficult to communicate with front desk staff due to their lack of clarity in explaining the responses to our questions."

"Ok"

"The property was fabulous in every aspect. I think the best part is that we were able to walk to the terminal to catch our flight the next day. Talk about location."

"Lovely hotel."

"They overcharged me for the hotel. I paid in full via expedia and when I got there they charged me again. They the gave me a credit minus 289.62 and the charged me another 139.00 when I checked out. I can't get in touch with the hotel to get a refund for the overcharge so now I am going to dispute with my cc company."

"Newly renovated, beautiful hotel, in a great location and it felt like I was the first person to sleep in the bed and touch the sheets everything was so clean and new it even came with a steamer and a fancy hair dryer!I had a fantastic time and loved the decor and especially the sky themed ceiling! Only critique was no closet or storage space but there was some places to hang stuff on wall and hangers provided"
