The staff at the front desk were amazing. Everyone was so friendly when we checked in and checked out and when we purchased something from the gift shop. The hotel was conveniently located to Gare de Nord train station, and there a bunch of restaurants near by to walk to. The rooms were clean and we loved the decor. It was a really excellent hotel to stay in and we can’t wait to stay again! Thank you for the great stay!

Lovely boutique hotel right opposite of Gare du Nord. It is so handy if you are arriving or departing by train. The area is easy access to many Paris touristy sites and places to eat nearby. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful, we had a room with the view of Basilica and it was great! I really enjoyed my time staying there, and highly recommended!

Charming hotel at excellent location

Excellent hotel located a literal stone-throw away from Gare du Nord. The hotel had heaps of character in its decor, and was definitely the fun kind of kitsch. Brilliant service from all members of staff, from the helpful receptionists to the friendly waiters at the restaurant and bar. I'll absolutely stay here again, should I ever return to Paris.

This was our 5th or 6th stay at the hotel. However, what I find a bit of a nuissance is that I always have to provide my contact details again and again. No acknowledgement of any kind that we stayed there previously. Unfortunately, also no acknowledgement of the extra perks that supposedly came with booking via expedia (e.g. the 25% discount on food & beverages). Annoying also that part of the service staff in Neni restaurant treats you like a begger when you want to sit there to work (when the restaurant is otherwise completely empty; they still usher you to the only - uncomfortable - couch inestad of the nice tables at the window - even if you consume drinks and snacks) and that they always claim they cannot add tips to the payment by card; whereas all other restaurants in Paris do without hesitation. I think it was our last stay there. Surely there are better places in Paris where the guests are not treated like a commodity.
