This place is huge and felt very overwhelming. The breakfast wasn’t cleverly good. I would stick to 7 eleven and it took forever to get up or down sometimes as the place was so big! The onsen was nice and the location was ok.

I want to specially mention a front desk staff, Ms Watanabe, who helped to handle our luggage and check-in processes. She spoke very fluent English and served us professionally with a smile on her face.
