Fair hotel food location

Clean and comfortable for short stay but the thin wall and walk way noise is really a problem. You can always hearing people opens door or enter the room.

Kitchen staff was the best!

Great value for the price! Staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was great and cafeteria ladies were sooooo kind. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very easy to find, all staff were very friendly! Area is prefect! If you're looking for luxury space, not for you, it's perfect for staying away from crowded and popular areas, Cost of stay is awesome! Breakfast was great!

We had a great room and stay! Walking distance to everything! Everything was just great! If there is anything I would complain about it would be that the beds are a bit hard. But it was the same on every hotel we stayed at in Japan so nothing specific to this hotel.

Very easy to get to, right next to the station. Helpful and friendly staff. Easy to get to attractions sights, an easy walk or easy to locate/use trains/subway. Beds were a little firm but didn't mind and the breakfast is definately more Japanese traditional. Overall thou a good experience

It's good for a simple trip to Osaka, good attitude and helpful staffs there. The location is good, 3 minutes walk for the nearby station. Also, it is very near to Shinsaibashisuji with 15 mins walk. To Kansai International airport from Toyoko Inn Shinsaibashi, it takes less than 1.5 hours with 2 times railway transit. For the meals arrangement, the underground shopping tunnel have a lot of tasty restaurants. Very conveniences. I'd love to stay in Toyoko Inn Shinsaibashi for my next trip to Osaka.

I booked the room for 2 adult and 1 child (10 years old), and they only offer a single bed for 3 people, and when I ask them why, they told me that they have charged the fee for the child, so only have 1 bed , it doesn't make sense. Be honest, it is a bad journel I have ever had before.
