It was a nice stay, the room is fairly small but perfect for busy days exploring. Close to shopping and tons of food and metro stations. The staff at the counter was very friendly. The only things we didn't enjoy about our stay was the smell of cigarette smoke in the room, nothing overwhelming but disappointing, and a the bed was pretty hard.

絶対にオススメしませんし、2度と泊まりません。 ①荷物をフロントに預けた際に、バックヤードではなく一般客のいる場所に置いたままだった。 勿論、貴重品は入っていないですが、約5時間そのまま、他のお客さんがすぐ側に座っている状況で信じられなかった。 スタッフへ尋ねたところ「ここは防犯カメラがあるから大丈夫」とのこと。 そういう問題ではなく、不特定多数の人が出入りする場所に預かり荷物を置くという感覚が日本のサービスと異なると感じました。 ②周辺は治安があまりよくない。 ③食堂？で、休憩中のスタッフがSNSを大音量で観ていたりと、国籍による感覚の違いを感じました。 ④客室はマンションのようになっており、廊下は非常に寒い、ビジネスホテルのような狭さ HPを見た限り良かったので親族と泊まりましたが、日本的な感覚のある方には特にオススメしません。

매우실망

연박하는데 물도 한번밖에 안주고,줄 수가 없다고하고 손님 응대하는 서비스 자체도 전혀 친절하지않았고 방에 들어가보니 청소도 잘 되어있지않았고,머리카락도 너무 많이 보였고,화장실도 깨끗하지않았습니다. 다시 이용할 마음 하나도 없습니다 추천 드리고싶지않아요.

また利用させていただきたいです

こぢんまりした部屋ですがとても綺麗で寝泊まりするだけならとても快適だと思いました。 繁華街や駅へのアクセスも悪くなく利便性が高いと感じました。 従業員の方はとても親切でした。 ホテルからバッグの宅急便での発送をお願いしたところ箱に入れて梱包して下さっていてびっくりしました。

생각보다 숙소가 좁았지만, 위치/위생 등이 가격대비 만족스러웠고 도톤보리 글리코상 다리에서 5분거리에 위치하지만 가는길에 유흥호객행위나, 어두운곳이 몇군데 있어서 여성분 혼자서 이용하기에는 무서울것같습니다..

Ok hotel for the price and location

The room was very small, enough for 2 large size luggage and not much walking space after that. The small tub was nice for a soak after a whole day of walking. Wish there could be more hooks to hang jackets/clothes. The bed was firm and the blanket was comfortable. No view to see, as it wasn't possible to open the frosted window. 6-10min walk to most of the major shopping and train station.
