The room was really clean, the staff was kind. They had a free to use coffee machine on the first floor which really helped us start our mornings. We slept comfortably in good beds and the bathroom included shampoo, conditioner and a lot of other amenities. The location is great, too, as it's only a few minutes away from Shin-Osaka station. The price was hard to beat as well! Overall, highly recommended.

Worth every penny.

It is a little farther out from the city core but it is convenient being close to the Shinkansen station and subway. The room is a little small even for single occupant but all the necessary amenities are there. The room already had a multi-end charging cable which is a nice touch.

Hotel room is small but enough for 2 people. You only have space to open 1 medium size luggage but the room is clean. You pay what you get, conveniently located, and quiet which is very important after a long and tired day. I would definitely come back.

This property is a true gem. Hotel lobby is very welcoming, and staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms were small, but very modern (lots of electrical outlet options) and clean. Complimentary coffee was available in the lobby as well as amenities (toiletries). I would definitely stay here again.

Team Meitetsu staff great. Convient store in conjunction so i could get my hagan daze fix, even atfter i swore it off. House keeping fresh towels , trash bag and water every day at my door even during my privacy mode in play! Shin Station was a hop skip and a jump from the hotel. Catching the trains was so easy, thank you Team M!

I stayed in one of the Universal rooms. The rooms are modern and very well kept. A really nice size too. Didn't hear any noise from inside or outside. I don't have any complaints.

I love my room. Yes it was smaller than I thought, but it managed to pack so many amenities. I thought the bedroom, bathroom and hallway are very nice looking. There’s a Lawson right downstair, and the walk to Shin-Osaka station is 10 minutes or less. Overall, highly recommended.

I asked if someone can walk me to the train station as it was pouring rain and I have to catch my bullet train and I offer to pay.The receptionist girl instead gave me an umbrella to keep as it will be raining all day for free.

This hotel is very close to Shin Osaka station. Make sure you go to East exit, then go down through a lift to the street level. Cross the road and walk down the alleyway straight to the hotel. The room is insulated, very quiet despite it is located next to a shinkansen station. I should say the room is quite small; for those who come with many luggages consider to book a bigger room or a twin room. There is Lawson/Family mart under the hotel, where you can buy ready to eat dinner or breakfast (heat them up in the shop's microwave). This hotel also provide free coffees through the lobby's coffee machine. Highly recommended.

Closed to the station but hardly any restaurants near by. The carpet is not so clean. We had to stay here after the Shinkansen train we were supposed to get on got suspended until the next day. Customer service was good.

Very good property. The hotel room was as described. Great for one person but might be too small to share the room with another person. Amenities were great and room was cleaned everyday. Very close to train station which had a great dining selection, especially on gourmet street. Not much to do in this area but one train stop from here takes you to Umeda which has plenty of things to do and eat. Property is shared with a Lawson convenient store so it made late night snacks easy to get.
