"The room was beautiful. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond the expectations. Specifically Mr. Iwasawa. I went to him with questions about possibly getting Hanshin Tigers tickets and since it was tough for foreigners to do online he ended up walking me to a store about 10 min away and helping me buy the tickets in person instead. Explaining everything I needed to know and patiently allowing me to choose everything I wanted. He was extremely helpful and patient. Very thankful for him as I had a great time at the game!"
