The staff members were very helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean and the space was good enough even if you open two medium-sized luggages at one time. Also there were nearby restaurants or convenient stores. Above all, it's walking distance from the train station. So, very convenient for travelers.

Birthday trip to Japan

Room was in a great location, walking distance from Osaka Castle. Staff was excellent, had front desk person every day and part of the night. Small but enough for my son and I. Big compared to Japan standards. Pizza Hut and Dominos down the street. Best of all station Morinomiya within walking distance.

交通便利、服務優秀的酒店

酒店位置好，離車站5分鐘左右步程，周圍很寧靜，附近食肆也蠻多，酒店樓下有便利店，好方便，房間雖然有點老舊，但很乾淨整潔，唯一覺得冷氣機出風口很嘈，即使風力調至最低也很大聲，影響了睡眠，其它都很好。

ホテル自体の評価としては、建物は古めですが清掃も行き届いており不快なシーンはありませんでした。スタッフの方々の対応が親切でした。一階にコンビニがある点も便利で良かったです。 家族で1泊しましたが、不満はありませんでした。 ただ、これはサイト側の問題かと思いますが、当初ベビーベッドの利用希望をしており、サイトにも記載があったことからこちらのホテルを予約し、予約時にその旨のメッセージも備考に記載したのですが、行ってみるとベビーベッドの貸し出しサービスはありませんでした。

大阪城まで、徒歩15分程度。 居酒屋など、外食出来るところが沢山近場にあり、 コンビニやカフェ、スーパーも徒歩圏内。 また、機会があれば泊まりたい。 金額もお手頃価格でした。
