It is conveniently located with lots of shopping and restaurants. Very lively at night! We enjoyed the location. The hotel is clean and provides free water bottles daily! The staffs are very friendly and speaks English. Highly recommended!

A wonderful hotel with an excellent staff and service. My room was spacious, clean, and had very convenient. Getting my room was quick and easy as the were very helpful, not to mention checkout was also very easy to do. I think I might reserve a room at this hotel in the future.

I would stay here again as it was very convenient as it was a 8min walk to a major train station and being located in Umeda, the hotel has many nearby restaurants and popular shopping places! Our room was much smaller than expected but we still managed.

My family and I stayed for three nights. While we really enjoyed our stay, we were very disappointed the air conditioning in our room was not working. We had to keep the windows opened throughout our stay to keep the room cooled, but then that meant we had to put up with the constant noise since the hotel is next to the train station. That was our only negative experience. Our room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very conveniently located, closed to a train station, shopping and restaurants.

This Hote used to be cheaper few years ago. And the price was matching the service. Now it’s just too much expensive for the experience it provides. They are just surfing on the boom of the price of hotels in Japan, without providing any good benefits or services: the rooms are like 20 years old, very small (the beds were almost touching the walls), you’ve got to do your own check in and check out, and pick up your amenities by yourself… terrible for this price.

Wonderful place to stay for a quick drop in. Clean, accessible and easy to trains and vibrant areas in Osaka. Trains are loud so I advise wearing earplugs to bed, other than that it was great!
