Very clean and quiet area. A little warm but you could open window which was nice. Great little restaurant right next door. Soba noodle.Shuhari Highly recommend

really lazy service staff at front desk. a hotel in Japan should be able to tell guests where the closest elevator or escalator into the station is.
not only are they not prepared for such an obvious question but 3 people at the front desk couldn't be bothered to even try. the price is too high here for such lazy service.
