Amenities are limited. Spa area need huge improvement, it is old and small, hot water sometimes cut off during shower, only a small locker good for room card or cell phone, free ice bar is not refilled sometimes. On the good side, location is close (3 mins walk) to subway and core tourist area. Front desk speak and understand english very well, guest services are good.

The room was bigger than i thought. Only issue was the way we had to push of our room. It was hard getting in and out especially because we had 3 luggages by it, and that was the only area that fit our luggages.

Wow! What can we say? There is so much goodness about this hotel! I can go on and on... - Great location, in the middle of it all. - Convenient to all transportation. - AMAZING(!!!) breakfast. The best we've had in ANY hotel anywhere in the world! - Freshly baked bread available all day long! Like almost all Japanese hotels, the place was spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful. I wished we stayed more than two nights.

Great location. Staff were helpful when the room air con started leaking and moved me to another room. Complimentary baked goods in the lobby. Good spa, sauna and cold bath facilities. In house laundry was also good value.

We stayed in a room with a queen bed, and absolutely loved it after a day full of walking around the city. Great location and the amenities in the room were very nice! Cleanliness was great as well. The only thing we didn’t love was in our room, the shower head would not stay in the mount on the shower wall properly, so showering was a bit awkward with having to hold the wand by hand. We also found the pillows to be a bit small and unsupportive, so you may want to bring your own.
