nice place to stay if you are not with children. location is great. tons of restaurant around. The hotel is full of essence smell. You can't blame since their hotel name is Zen. another thing is you do have change a new key card every day, but it is not really bothering me.

A quiet love hotel down a side street in Nambo. It is in the heart of the tourist area with countless dining options and lots of shopping to be found! The subway/train station is about a 5 minute walk away, making it a very easy hotel to get to and from. We caught our train to Kansai Intl after our stay with ease. Definitely recommended!

the screen on the jacuzzi didn't work, the furniture was really dusty. the A/C wasn't working for us - although here was a window we opened for ventilation. If you aren't a fan of smoke smell, you might want to look elsewhere. we didn't mind it - but it was borderline too strong of a smell for us. to be fair we did opt in for a smoking room - so I didn't expect for it to smell like flowers!

La première chambre qui nous a été donnée était une chambre fumeur et nous a donné envie de partir à toutes jambes … Mais dès le lendemain matin nous avons demandé une nouvelle chambre ce qui a été fait et qui était tout à fait satisfaisante. La chambre était propre, grande et non fumeur. L’hôtel est tres bien situé de nombreux transports autour que ce soit pour se balader dans la ville ou bien aller à l’aéroport de Itami. De nombreux restaurants et Dotonbori autour ! La localisation est parfaite!

좋은 숙소였습니다. 카운터 직원분들은 친절했습니다. 일본어-영어 동시통역기가 카운터에 비치되어 있었고, 영어로 된 기본 안내 매뉴얼이 있었습니다. 약간의 영어만 할 수 있다면 체크인은 문제 없습니다. 체크인 할 때 다음날 방 청소 희망 여부와 조식 서비스시간을 정할 수 있었습니다. 조식은 일본식 또는 양식 음료 이 2가지는 숙소비에 포함되어있어 별도의 추가금은 필요하지 않았습니다. 객실 카드키는 1일용이라 카운터에서 매일 새로 받습니다. 카운터에 있는 초인종으로 호출 가능했고, 카드키를 새로 지급받을때 다음날 조식 여부를 다시 물어봅니다. 호텔 내부와 방은 은은한 생강향으로 차있습니다. 내부는 깔끔했으나 콘센트와 객실전화기등 전자기기들이 있는 쪽은 그렇게 깨끗하지만은 않다고 생각할 수도 있습니다. 객실 TV는 스마트폰과 연결하여 유튜브를 볼 수 있고, 욕조 AVOD는 스마트폰과 연결하여 노래를 들을 수 있으나 둘 다 일본어로만 되어있어 설정이 어려울 수 있습니다. 가까운 거리에 도톤보리와 덴덴타운 상가가 있어 접근성은 아주 좋습니다. 식당가와 술집도 가깝고 자정~심야까지 하는곳이 많아 늦은시간 식사와 술을 같이 하기에도 좋습니다. 적당한 예산으로 연인과 함께 오기에 더할나위 없이 좋았고, 다음에 오사카에 재방문한다면 1순위로 다시 묵을 생각입니다.

very bad experience! Awful service, bad room condition. Front desk lady doesn’t speak any English or Chinese. Very rude. Made fun on guests. The room has disgusting smell. They gave us a smoking room, our booking was are non smoking

강추합니당

침대도 매우크고 화장실이랑 욕조가 진짜 엄청컸어요 욕조에 물받아놓고 욕조벽에있는 티비보면서 술한잔하는 재미가 쏠쏠했습니다. 방에있는 티비도 엄청컸고 쇼파랑 테이블 따로있어서 밤에 이것저것 사다먹었구요 조식도 양식 , 일본가정식 선택하고 밥먹는 시간이랑 다 정해ㅜ면 방으로 배달해줍니다!! 센니치마에로 바로 나갈수있구요 길건너면 쿠로몬시장입니다! 다음에도 꼭 올꺼에요!
