Very Small Room.

Out of the three hotels in Japan this one was the smallest, least comfortable and far from subway station. If you’re a single traveler or maybe a couple it’s ok but 3 people and luggage definitely not the place. Location to shopping, restaurants and night life is excellent. Staff is helpful but this is Japan and service is everything.

The location of this property was great, however I felt that the hotel itself was not worth the location. The rooms are small, even for Japan standards, and you can hear everything outside of your room. We could hear people snoring in other rooms, walking in the halls, etc. It was an OK hotel for a short stay.

早上清潔房間時地板沒有打掃。 酒店在內街，但由酒店步行到心齋橋約10分鐘及步行6分鐘就到長崛站很方便

酒店職員多是說普通話及英語, 溝通容易的, 房間空間算是可以, 能打開一個喼, 座廁及浴室是分開的 酒店樓下對面已有藥店, 方便大量購買人士, 附近食店不算多, 步行去心齋橋6-7分鐘左右, 其實都是過條馬路便到, 不會迷路, 哈哈

新しいホテルだけあって、清潔感があった。騒音が気になるとの感想があったが、私たちが宿泊した時は全く聞こえず、快適だった。

豪華三人房真的夠大 可以打開三個28吋行李箱 洗澡可惜沒有浴缸，但淋浴設備也不錯用 免治馬桶好用 非常好 獨立冷氣可以真正的控制自己想要的溫度 非常好 以下是美中不足的地方 隔音有點弱 隔壁孩子的吵鬧聲都明顯傳來 房間冰箱的壓縮機真的很吵 睡到一半都會被運轉聲音嚇到，冰箱的冷度也是感覺弱弱的 洗臉台的出水口 感應不靈敏 房間內有一個櫃子用處不明裡面沒有桿子不能掛衣服 感覺占空間

推薦的住宿給大家

服務櫃台都使用中文很好溝通 有需要的備品也馬上送來 雖然插頭離床蠻遠的 棉被有點太厚 導致冷氣開太強不蓋會冷 蓋了又太熱 沒有化妝桌必須坐在地上找鏡子化妝（個人習慣 隔音效果蠻差的 但日本建築為了防震好像都很差 其餘環境都很好 走路離道頓堀也很近 巷口要全家 回去的時候買泡麵跟飲料都很方便 離黑門市場也很近

성인 세명 투숙하기엔 적당한 사이즈의 방이고 침대 상태도 나쁘지 않았으나 후기대로 샤워부스는 굉장히 좁고 에어컨소리는 굉장히 시끄럽더군요. 주말+일본공휴일 기간에 방문했는데 일본인 직원은 다 휴무였는지 외국인 직원이 있었는데 일본어가 불가능하여 의사소통이 굉장히 힘들었습니다. 체크인 시에도 제 이름을 제대로 확인하지 못하고 예약이 안되어있다 그래서 굉장히 당황하고 멘붕이었는데.. 이건 어찌 확인해서 체크인 했습니다만.. 다음날 방에 물건을 두고 나온것같아 확인 부탁하려고 전화했는데 전혀 알아듣지 못하고 다른 소리만 하더군요. 체크아웃 하는 날은 평일이었는데 그때서야 일본인 직원을 만났습니다. 영어나 중국어 가능하거나 평일에 이용하시면 숙박하시는데 불편함 없을 것 같지만 그렇지 않다면 추천드리기 힘들것같네요. 아마 다시는 이 호텔을 이용할 일은 없을 것 같습니다.

Despite being in a good location was disappointed overall with this hotel, was difficult to sleep with constant noises from the fridge and vent systems. In addition the bathroom was poorly designed and the shower curtain didn't properly close

飯店人員耐心等我到凌晨12點過後才休息

我的班機晚上22點多才到大阪，在趕去的路上收到郵件說23:30以前要完成報到，一路上非常緊張的用email跟飯店人員聯絡拜託等我們到凌晨12點過後。 他們非常耐心的等待直到我們出現，感覺很溫暖。 飯店地理位置不錯，一出來向左轉直直走過幾個街口（約5-6分鐘）就可以抵達心齋橋。附件也都有超商美妝店，不用怕凌晨找不到食物餓肚子。 只是房間都偏小，我住的雙人房也是一般雙人床，若跟比較壯碩的男生同睡一起，可能會覺得比較擠，因為床還是靠牆的。

편안했어요! 하지만 역시 숙소는 작았음ㅠㅠ 역하고 거리가 가까운 편이긴 했지만, 역시 짐 들고 나르기에는 멀었어요 ㅠ 날이 더워서 더 그렇게 느껴졌을지도 모르지만, 어쨋든 편하게 잘 머물다 갔습니다!

Not that bad...

I booked here for 3-person stay. Reviews said this place was very clean, but it was really not that clean. The beds were comfortable enough. The AC worked great. Water pressure was great. The amenities were great. The service was good except a lot of them didn’t understand English - place is run by Chinese so if you know Chinese you will have no probs staying here. I was asked if i knew how to speak Chinese bc their staff spoke Chinese or Japanese, not English. There were no hooks in the bathroom so unable to hang up towels anywhere - this was a major inconvenience. Room was tiny, but apparently that is the norm in rural areas of Japan. There is NO SAFE! Please be aware of this too! Other than that the stay was ok at best...
