Great option

Excellent option for our trip. More an apartment than a traditional hotel. But suited our needs. Large room with sitting area so plenty of room for cases. Our own washing machine and drying room so a great relief to get some laundry done. Great location to move from . Lovely staff, very efficient

Kids friendly Apartment Hotel with Infant Cot

Amazing apartment just a short walk away from Ebisucho Metro, and next to Shinsekai Market. There are a couple of convenience stores nearby, and there is a Tamade Supermarket just across the road! We love that the hotel have an infant crib, induction stove, washing machine and housekeeping! It is just like living in an apartment with someone cleaning up for you. Very kids-friendly, and we would highly recommend this hotel to families who want to tour Osaka!

Stayed here for my family travel. The place is great. It is exactly as shown in photos. The staff was very helpful and we feel welcomed. Though not new, the place is well maintained - clean and tidy. We like the fact that the bathroom comes with a dryer function. Washed garments can be dried overnight. Make things super easy if you are traveling with kids. Walking distance to attraction. Plenty of choice for food.

Internet speed and cleaning needs to be improved

The hotel is quite new. Space is comfortable and location is convenient. However, Internet speed is very slow, especially in the evening time, you can barely watch youtube or update apps. Cleaning service needs to be improved. I reminded the front desk staff that my room needs to be cleaned for two days and no one came. (the room was supposed to be cleaned in one of that two days). Finally they came to clean in the third day after serious reminding, and the cleaning was very random. Recycled trash and used towels were not even taken away.

Great stay!

Convenient to train stations. The last day we took a Go taxi from the hotel to Tennoji station for ¥1300, then Haruka express to Kansai airport. You can buy Harukan ticket online for a cheaper price.

My room had a great view of the Tsutenkaku on the balcony and through the small window. Everything was perfect, but there a only one small thing missing, which was paper towel.

The hotel front desk staff were very organized. We had shipped our luggage earlier from Tokyo and they had it ready for us on arrival. The man at the front desk always stopped to give my children Halloween candy. The room is spacious. The area around the hotel is great, close to a grocery store, Don Quixote, Daiso, it’s 3 minute walk to Shinsekai, 8 minutes walk to Tennoji Zoo etc. also walkable to Dotonburi and Namba. Overall excellent stay. The only suggestion I have to make is installing maybe some hooks or a foldable rack in front of the washing machine. After everyone showers there’s no where to hang up towels except on the shower bar, but if someone’s showering after there’s no where to put it. I also thought it was cool that the shower room could always dry clothes.

我們是親子兩大兩小旅行，連續住三個晚上，房間非常大功能又多C P值很高，離地鐵站只要走路1分鐘超級棒，但是離最近的地鐵路口沒有電梯，如果有大型行李的話會比較不方便，要走到對面但也不遠，斜對面有玉出超市，黑毛和牛很便宜，我們連續自己料理了兩個晚上的黑毛和牛，結果旁邊的通天閣美食都沒吃到哈哈～日本真的太方便了～ 另外第三天的早上有進來打掃和補水，如果飲用水不夠，還可以到1樓跟櫃檯要，房間的洗衣機非常方便，飯店也有附洗衣精，我們覺得洗得蠻乾淨，然後浴室還有烘乾效能一個晚上就乾了，還有加濕器和吸塵器覺得超方便，這間適合長住的旅客！ 巷口的龜王拉麵也很好吃！下次來大阪還會選擇這裡唷！
