Modern Hotel

Great modern hotel, with well designed rooms, so that the fact they are quite small (this is Japan!) doesn’t really matter. It’s very close to the covered shopping area of Shinsaibashi, with lots of little bars/restaurants around.

Our stay in Del Style Osaka was wonderful! Exceeded our expectations! Very helpful front desk, absolutely thought Okina was the nicest most helpful! Definitely a gem! Ammenities were awesome! Room was clean and very spacious! Bidet is the way to go! Location was a hop skip and jump away from shinsaibashi!

This was one of our favourite hotels we stayed in during our trip. I will look to stay with this chain of hotels on our next visit. Located just off a big Shopping street, but quiet location. Less than 10 min to walk to train station. Easy enough with luggage. The self serve luggage storage was great. Loved the room and the amenities. Smart tv to connect to. The restaurant downstairs was very good. Excellent pizza and pasta.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. The last time was in 2019 prior to the Covid-19. The hotel was well-maintained and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient (near Shinsaibashi Station, about 6min walk) and from the station to the hotel, there is the Shinsaibashi Shopping Arcade (yes, if you walk and shop and the same time, it will definitely take you more than 6min to reach the hotel :) ). You can take Exit 4A or Kita Exit 8 (which has escalator/lift), hence it was very helpful for my parents who did not have to climb the stairs to reach street level. The hotel is highly recommended!

We booked a wood flooring twin room. The room is very spacious and I can open up my luggage without blocking the way. The hotel staff is very efficient and brought me the extra pillows very quickly. However, the hotel has only one such room type per level and the room does not have a washer dryer.

This hotel has one of the best amenities.. Aside from all the things you’ll be needing (lotion, facial wash etc) they also have free coffee and ice machine. We love and enjoyed staying in this hotel

Not as amazing as our first stay…but excellent just the same. They’re quite rigid about cleaning the room…if you don’t put the sign outside your door before 10am, then your room won’t be cleaned for the day… Also, the lady that brought up our towels, and water(since they weren’t able to clean) was quite rude…I didn’t get her name…she handed the paper bag and when I asked her a question she didn’t even look back to answer me

The hotel is clean and it is walking distance to Shinsaibashi. Good lighting in the room. Love the laundry service update. Toilet has large space which splits up the showering area and bathtub. However the toilet is extremely cold and after showering, we are perpetually shivering and have to hide under the blanket. The rain shower and water is strong and water does not seep out from the showering area which is fantastic allowing the toilet to maintain its dryness after showering. We like the flooring and the wall and there are many lights which makes the room very bright and not dim. The hotel only provides one pillow per bed where most of the hotels are providing 2 pillows. The hotel should remove the cushion and replace it with pillow instead. The bed is very firm hence we do have body ache when we woke up everyday. The furnitures are all very well maintained and clean. Morning breakfast serves the same food everyday perhaps can change the menu so that hotel guest can have variety of food.
