Excellent location about 5 minutes walk from metro and Shinkansen station. Although the hotel has no laundry facilities, there is one right across the street. Excellent breakfast.

We’ve stayed here each time we’ve traveled to Osaka during our Japan trips. It’s conveniently located from the Shin-Osaka station (just a tiny bit of an extra walk from another APA about a street away). The staff is also always extremely helpful, polite, and goes out of their way to assist you wherever they can (holding your bags, giving directions, etc.). We’ll actually be staying here again on this trip when we return to Osaka in a couple of weeks.

Hotel is conveniently located near the train station hub of shin osaka. Hotel room was clean with a modern decor. I stayed for over a week. And i used the hotel as a hub to commute between Kyoto, kobe and a few other towns. It was easy because i can hop on a train and be there within a an hour or less. Would stay with again when im back in osaka.

Very clean and very helpfull staff. But the rooms are very small and very hot. The aitcondition in the lobby worked snd it was centrally controlled for the rooms....snd in the room it felt like a sauna.

One of the best hotels and chain in Japan. They are in almost every city/town in Japan. This hotel is located near a train station hub that literally goes every direction. You can get to any town using this hub. Room I stayed in was clean and spacious for one person. Has a desk and chair for you to use your laptop to do work or play games. Hotel is surrounded by lots of convenience stores. 711, lawsens, familymart are within walking distance. Would stay with again when im back in town. Also, the staff are friendly and helpful. A !

It was a nice hotel for my overnight need of a place to sleep near the train station. This APA hotel is trying to be “urban cool” though and it just comes off kinda off putting from what I’m used to at an APA hotel. Free bottle of water in the room as usual, but no free coffee in the lobby. Maybe I’ve just been spoiled by other hotels. On the plus side the tv offers free VOD and it seems they’re connected to some local food delivery options if so inclined. They have a restaurant but all I needed was a place to put my head for the night. No complaints, just not great. The window from my room was frosted also, so I couldn’t even look out at my surroundings.
