"Javier was amazing service guy at the breakfast

"The location is great. There is no gym or large hot tub in this hotel which is a bit of a bummer but the room has a large tub and size of the room was very good. "

"Staff and amenities were excellent. We appreciated the kind and helpful service we received from Jerald. He went above our expectations and ensured every day that we were happy. We will definently stay at the resort again on our next visit."
"One of the few "villa" options on the island of Okinawa. High standards of service even by Japanese standards---with an attentive and quick butler service. Delicious food and villa is great for a quiet vacation."
"Room was clean and comfortable. Beach is nice, but location is a bit out of the way, not many options to walk out for food/supplies, you need to drive."
"Great spacious place for families. Walking distance from American Village and Sunset Beach. Would be better if there was an inhouse staff to assist and provide daily towels"

"I accidentally booked the wrong hotel. But to my surprised it was nice. Staff was friendly, unlimited snack bar and essential uses. Their buffet for dinner was really good. Over all happy."
"Excellent hotel, but the most beautiful part is the private beach. It’s peaceful, stunning, and the perfect place to relax. The combination of great service, comfort, and direct access to the ocean makes the experience unforgettable. I would definitely stay here again!"
"This is a beautiful property. This room was the most spacious of our stay in Japan. There is a separate bedroom that can comfortably sleep 4 with an en-suite. There are 2 additional beds in the main area plus an additional shower and washroom. The washer and dryer worked better than any other place we stayed (we stayed at other places in Tokyo and Hiroshima). The rooftop bar and the rooftop infinity pool are a nice touch. The property is only a 7 minute walk to American Village. The only negative was self check in. It took three of us to figure it out and check in."
