"Wonderful hotel with impeccable service. Really quiet and clean pools, good onsen and attentive service. We stayed in the Club Wing, and the lounge facility is great. Only downside is the local beach - perfectly clean and has many lifeguards, but man made and has no marine life. It’s not far to another beach in Bise that is fantastic for snorkelling though. For us, this was only a small drawback and the whole family left wanting to stay again. "

"Nice room, very clean with a great view of the sea. Pool was small but pleasant. The beautiful beach is just a few steps away but if you want to swim take beach shoes as at anything other than high tide there is lots of sharp coral to walk over. Easy parking available (at a small additional cost)."

"If you like to be micromanaged and pay a fee for absolutely everything, this is the place for you! While the location/views are incredibly beautiful, our experience has been rather negative and frustrating. On multiple occasions, we have been frustrated by the staff/attendants. In particular, the staff in the parking garage and outdoor parking and the pool staff. We rented a car and have tried parking in both the indoor and outdoor parking areas. While the staff seem to be helpful at first, it has quickly turned into a negative experience. Twice, we have had staff direct us into a parking stall and when almost parked, they asked us to move to a different parking spot for no reason. Then, the staff stand there and micromanage how to park which adds nervousness and frustration. Their behavior is mot helpful and is rather rude. Please let guests park where they need to and do not watch them park and criticize them. Numerous times, we have felt like an inconvenience rather than a guest. While checking in, we were notified that the indoor pool and bath require a daily payment in order to use them. At no point were we ever told there was a fee to use them. Overall, the location is beautiful and the room is lovely and big. But, we are extremely dissatisfied with the treatment we received while being here. Management was not helpful when I brought these concerns to them first. Instead, they just restated the frustrations I had."

"They have an excellent breakfast bar, recommend you get breakfast included package. Rooms are clean but has a bit of an old smell feel, recommend getting an air freshener for the room. Pool is outstanding, my kiddo lived there pool and it is great that the pool hours are very accessible from morning till evening. The location is wonderful. Recommend this hotel and will come back again!"
