Old style luxury with first class service. We were lucky to benefit from Expedia’s VIP privileges so had club lounge access and resort credit. Booked connecting rooms as family of 4 with 2 teenagers - the extra space and 2 bathrooms were great. Made use of outdoor swimming pool which was compact and single depth. 3 different breakfast options were offered including a semi-buffet Western cuisine, Japanese cuisine, and a continental option at the club lounge. There was also a lovely lobby lounge with nightly piano performances. Only minor negative was ~15-20 minute walk to Kokusai Street via a hilly street. Otherwise no complaints.

The Naha Terrace was a beautiful and elegant hotel that was within walking distance of all downtown attractions and public transit stations. The service was exceptional. We particularly enjoyed the various restaurants and Club Lounge, and would stay again in the future!

A beautiful green oasis in the middle of Naha

We arrived after midnight and the staff was great. We originally went to the wrong location but there was a phone to call the concierge. He immediately came to my location and gave me directions to drive to the lobby. He checked our group in quickly, he unloaded our bags from our car and parked it, and brought our bags to our rooms. We had an early check out for our flight the next day so we were even able to schedule the valet to bring our car around at an exact time. This was all free of charge. The room itself was spacious and clean. Our experience at Naha terrace was seamless and I would definitely recommend again. Thank you!
