Breakfast has a ticketing system and can get packed quickly but we usually ate when it opened and had no issues. Buffet style breakfast with plenty of options and great tasting. Room was spacious and very clean though it had a plastic smell throughout. The hotel breakfast offered lots of choice and we loved the option of changing it out for lunch. Parking was very convenient and affordable compared to hotels in other locations. Staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Didn't like that the gym, pool and baths were not included in the price of our stay.

Hotel was very large and because of that maybe a bit anonymous. Beds very firm. Staff was great. It's probably a great place for families with kids. We, however, were three adults and came from a smaller hotel in Naha (Exes-Naha) which really was a hard act to follow.
