"The Japanese breakfast buffet was sooooo divine! Their pastry chef is incredible. Rarely have I recommended a hotel for their food, but I would visit just to eat there. Though their accommodations are fabulous as well. If their seasonal pair gelato is available, you must have some! Onsen was so relaxing. I had a whole pool to myself. And the workout room was just right. Highly recommend"

"The room was much bigger than my friends and I expected! We were pleasantly surprised to find that what we thought would be a standard hotel room was actually an apartment with a full kitchen and balcony. Having all that extra space was amazing! The location was also very convenient, especially for visiting Universal Studios, with a train station nearby. I would definitely recommend staying here!"

"Overall it was a very good hotel, very nice, good location, rooms were well maintained, breakfast was excellent. The only problem we had was the bathroom. The wet room and tub allowed nowhere to leave anything hanging dry. So you needed to place your change outside where there’s no door for privacy when you step outside. Then there’s very little hooks to place towels or clothes. May be minor to some people, problematic to others."

"Phenomenal views of Kobe Port from the balcony and the night views are absolutely stunning. We took the West view facing the ferris wheel and enjoyed all the light shows in the evening. The hotel is a bit dated but no complaints at all. The free shuttle bus from Sannomiya station is super convenient. There is also a Family Mart within the hotel (closes at 11pm). The location is prime as it's a 3 minute walk to the Kobe Port Tower."
