"Liked the location it was quite, 10 min walk to the Marina that had really nice restaurants and bars,15-20 drive to airport and 15 mins by taxi to the nearest town/strip. Did not like that the pools weren't heated so could not use them, during our stay it was slightly windy therefore felt cold siting by the pools. Did not like that you had to pay to use the spa facilities to be honest it was not worth it. "

"We chose this hotel in Lanzarote because of our great experience in Tenerife El Mirador. "Lovely hotel in a brilliant location. Food is ok, nothing bad just standard all inclusive buffet. We chose bed and breakfast and ate out. Rooms nice, all very clean and good facilities. Swimming pool (preferred) is a lovely area to chill."

"It was a good family hotel, could do with other restaurants on site, 7 nights is more than enough and you probably want to eat out as the buffet can get very tired and their Italian restaurant on site can be difficult to book with having to be book 2 days in advance. There's adult only sections but naturally are close to children areas so felt bad as no doubt they heard many screaming kids. The rooms were clean enough though expect dirty feet by the end of it, highly recommend the Merlin rooms...

"Un vrai bijou, ce hotel!! Tout était parfait: les chambres, les parties communes, la propreté, le petit déjeuner, le personnel, l’environnement de l’hôtel . "Superb escape for some Easter sun. The only negative is they need to enforce the 1 hour sunbed reservation rule. Too many people take advantage and turn it into a towels-on-sunbed race in the morning, which really spoils the whole experience."

"We visited Mynd for a week just after new year and what a fantastic surprise it's now become from the old sun park living which it used to be. Every part of the building has been renovated with high end fixtures with the rooms being divided into small units. There's no kettle so bring your own. Check in was for your room access key, this could be better. Food was outstanding anyone complaining just get a life. Staff are friendly the hotel is spotlessly clean.
