"This hotel was lovely and puts American ones to shame . We were however very upset about the choice of this location for our travel needs. The Expedia agent I worked with when our plans changed about staying in downtown Madrid to staying one night near the airport before our flight to Amsterdam. Not knowing the city, I relied on the agent's skill to make an appropriate choice. This hotel was in the exact opposite of the area we needed and consequently it cost us an extra 50 Euros to get to the airport and through horrendous traffic early in the morning!. I am sure I will be a long time before trusting an agent with Expedia."

"The Property was nice, the rooms were Spacious and clean, and the Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was simple but delicious ( the Tortilla Española was great.) Can't find any low points really... Just maybe an observation: add a second Dust bin in the room (not just in the Bathroom) It was a nice experience. "
