Hello, When we got in the afternoon on the 10th the receptionist was mad at me for not saying hello. She had a bad attitude which did not look professional for the establishment. I was supposed to arrived on the 9th at the hotel but due to an incident in Miami with a plane crash I got there on the 10th I was told by the receptionist I was going to get an email from the manager so I could check out on the 14th free of charge. I never got the email whatsoever. I ended up checking out on the 13th and going to a different hotel were my needs were attended properly. Also the temperature in the room was hot. I live in the states where it is cold and I like cold temperatures. The temperature in the room was over 22c which was not satisfactory for me. The issue was reported to the staff more than 4 times and the issue was not fixed and I got tired of asking. Coming from far away and not being able to enjoy my stay was unacceptable. I will need a partial reimbursement for the unnecessary troubles. Thank you very much for your attention.

Reservamos en el hotel para el último fin de semana de agosto, 4 noches, un “apartamento” para 4, 2 adultos y 2 niñas. Una semana antes de entrar, contacté inclusive con el hotel para verificar que el sofá cama adicional de las niñas era doble e íbamos a tener una habitación suficientemente grande para los 4, lo cual me confirman por escrito que así es. Pues cuando llegamos al hotel nos encontramos que nos dan una habitación normal, sin sofá cama y para 2 personas. Todo esto tras un largo periplo se solucionó gracias a la recepcionista que puso todo su empeño en ayudarnos (si llega a ser por la gerencia del hotel nos vamos). En fin, un DESASTRE ABSOLUTO, pero por lo demás, instalaciones nuevas, seguridad 0, metro muy cercano y habitaciones muy grandes y con algo de cocina y menaje, que cuando vas con niños, se agradece
